S.C. B.D.P. CONFIDENT S.R.L. offers investigation and surveillance services for individuals and legal entities, in accordance with Law no. 329/2003 on the exercise of the private detective profession. All investigations are carried out strictly respecting fundamental human rights and freedoms, private life, honor and reputation of persons.
Confidentiality of information and client identity is our core principle. All personal data provided via contact forms or directly during discussions are processed strictly in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Information collected during investigations is intended exclusively for the beneficiary and is delivered to them as a report upon completion of the case.
The collaboration between the client and S.C. B.D.P. CONFIDENT S.R.L. is carried out exclusively based on a Contract / Service rendering agreement, concluded in written form. No initial consultation fees are charged for analyzing the case.
